By contacting us, requesting a quote, or instructing us to carry out works, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Services

We provide property maintenance, emergency repair, restoration, and insurance-related repair services.

All services are subject to availability, site inspection, and confirmation of scope.

Quotations

• All quotations are provided based on the information available at the time.

• Quotes may be subject to change if additional work is required, conditions differ on site, or access is restricted.

• For insurance-related works, final costs may be subject to insurer approval.

Call-outs and emergency work

Emergency call-outs may be subject to a call-out charge.

By requesting emergency or urgent services, you authorise us to attend the property and carry out necessary initial works to make the situation safe.

Insurance repairs

For insurance-related work:

• We may assist with assessments, reports, and quotations for insurers.

• We do not guarantee approval or payment by an insurer.

• Any work carried out prior to insurer approval may be chargeable to the client.

It is the client’s responsibility to confirm coverage with their insurer.

Access and site conditions

You must ensure safe and reasonable access to the property at the agreed time.

We reserve the right to suspend or delay works if site conditions are unsafe, inaccessible, or materially different from what was described.

Payments

• Payment terms will be agreed in writing prior to commencement of works.

• Invoices must be paid within the timeframe stated on the invoice.

• Late payments may result in work being paused or additional charges being applied.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made with reasonable notice.

Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a call-out or administration charge.

Liability

We will carry out all works with reasonable care and skill.

We are not liable for:

• Pre-existing defects or hidden issues

• Delays caused by factors outside our control

• Consequential or indirect losses

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot be excluded by law.
